Most recreational runners can relate to the experimentation required to nail down a nutrition plan with energy gels, chews or other fueling options that are necessary for running long distances like a marathon. Linden uses this caffeinated version of BOA’s energy supplement prior to the race and takes the sodium-rich Endure Blast one to two times while running.

“I’m not really running long enough to use it [more] often [than that], but certainly if it’s [a hot race day], it’ll come into play,” she says. “The caffeine one is phenomenal and I would love to figure out a way to integrate it into the race. I’m still working on that.”

About four hours after his most recent endorsement deal became public, Armando Bacot shared the news with his 56,400 followers on Twitter. By then, on a recent Thursday, Bacot had long become familiar with the art of the social media pitch. Keep it short. Direct. Add an exclamation point or two. Don’t forget the promo code. BOA Nutrition has launched BOA Ignite, an oral aerosol sports energy supplement, that claims to elevate athletic performance. Created using BOA’s patented OraBlast technology to deliver atomized nutrients which are rapidly absorbed, Ignite provides caffeine, B vitamins and electrolytes, as well as fast-acting and slow-acting carbohydrates, all within a two-second spray.

BOA Ignite is now available for pre-order and will be shipping starting on January 15th, 2023.

BOA adds that it has a deep understanding of athletes’ needs and how quickly those needs can change during competition…

‘Athletes often don’t have time to wait for drinks, gels, bars or powders to take effect, especially when the body’s metabolism is under stress. Micro-dosing or ‘precision nutrition’ allows athletes to meet their individual needs by controlling how much or how little they receive in order to jump-start the metabolic engine and sustain optimal performance.’
